Job Summary- -BAHRAIN

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wholesale branch specializing in mobile accessories and IT products. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in wholesale sales, branch operations, and sales team management, along with the ability to drive business growth, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Candidates with proven experience in managing a wholesale branch in the mobile accessories or IT products industry will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall daily operations of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase wholesale business and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors, and bulk-buying customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch's customer base.
- Monitor branch sales performance, prepare sales reports, and track team productivity.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and product availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle key customer accounts, pricing negotiations, and major wholesale orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain branch discipline, operational efficiency, and company policies.




- Monitor sales collections, outstanding payments, and customer credit accounts in coordination with the accounts team.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Solid experience in wholesale sales of mobile accessories and IT products is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise, and motivate a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of branch operations, inventory management, and wholesale business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and consistently achieve business targets.
- Experience managing retailers, dealers, distributors, and wholesale customers.
- Good knowledge of market trends, product pricing, and competitor activities.
- Basic computer skills and experience with sales reporting or inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

- Previous experience managing a mobile accessories or IT products wholesale branch.
- A proven track record of increasing branch sales and profitability.
- Experience in customer account management and sales collection follow-up.
