About the Role The Chennai Mobiles is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage our Pattambi branch. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail sales, team management, customer handling, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive sales of mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, profitability, and branch performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain proper store discipline, grooming, attendance, and operational standards.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and product displays.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and processes are followed.
- Analyse sales performance and take corrective actions to improve results.
- Coordinate with the management and submit regular branch performance reports.
- Train and develop team members to improve product knowledge and sales performance.





Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail sales/branch management.
- Experience in mobile retail, electronics, FMCG, or similar retail sectors will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and profitability.
- Positive knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and current market trends.
- Ability to manage branch operations independently.
- Should be willing to take ownership of branch performance.
