Key Responsibilities

- Conduct branch audits and review banking operations, processes, and internal controls.
- Identify operational risks, compliance gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.
- Analyze audit observations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with business, operations, risk, and compliance teams.
- Prepare audit reports, MIS, and data-driven insights.
- Support improvements in governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

Required Skills





- Robust understanding of branch banking operations.
- Knowledge of internal audit procedures, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple audit assignments within defined timelines.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
