Role: Team Leader (Domestic Process)

Experience: Min. 1 year experience as Team lead on papers (Any Customer service process)

Salary: Upto 4.2 LPA (depends on Last drawn)

Shift: Day Shifts

Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 rotational week off

Location: Sector 32, Gurugram

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of customer service executives in a domestic voice process.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets and quality standards.
- Handle customer escalations and provide guidance to team members.
- Conduct team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure process adherence and customer service excellence.

Job Requirements

- Min 1 year of on paper BPO TL experience, including team-handling experience.
- Experience in a domestic voice/customer service process preferred.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage targets and team performance.
