Job Purpose To manage the onboarding of Health Seekers at NLS by coordinating consultations, explaining naturopathy procedures, guiding Health Seekers about their treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome Health Seekers and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Review medical history and coordinate initial consultations with the concerned doctor.
- Explain the naturopathy treatment plan, daily schedule, diet plan, and therapies as prescribed by the authorized doctor.
- Coordinate with the reception, therapist, diet, and accommodation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate medical records, consultation notes, and onboarding documentation.
- Address Health Seekers’ basic queries and escalate medical concerns to the appropriate doctor.
- Explain NLS protocols, hospital facilities, daily routines,



and general instructions to Health Seekers.
- Follow up with Health Seekers to understand their concerns and improve their experience.
- Ensure proper handover of relevant information to the concerned medical and operational teams.
- Maintain confidentiality, professional conduct, and compliance with NLS policies.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of naturopathy and yoga principles.
- Patient counselling and coordination skills.
- Positive documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Empathetic, responsible, and professional approach.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Eligibility Criteria
- BNYS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable authority, wherever required.
- Relevant experience in a naturopathy hospital, wellness centre, or patient coordination role will be preferred.

Salary As per qualifications, experience, and organizational standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
