Roles and Responsibilities :

- Maintain and optimize BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analytics of the BMS.

- Monitor and maintain ticket/work order processes and queues while ensuring customer care and quality meet the high bar.

- Monitor and analyze BMS data to proactively identify and action opportunities for optimization, energy efficiency, and cost savings.

- Design, implement and manage BMS Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Processes which are scalable across the globe.

- Support the development and execute a comprehensive strategy for maintaining, improving, and expanding our global support services.

- Collaborate closely with WWRE, D&C;, Sustainability, RME and other stakeholders to comprehend customer requirements, business objectives, and operational needs.

Job Requirements :





- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 5+ years of skilled or military experience

- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

- Ability to remotely troubleshoot BMS devices and communication issues, including fieldbus (BACnet, LON, Modbus via RS485), Network Gateways and IP-based protocols (Niagara Fox, MQTT, BACnet/IP, SNMP).

- Ability to integrate multiple communications protocols such as BACnet, LON, Modbus, SNMP to a single platform with normalized data for standard visualization.
