BLUE COLLAR MANAGER

Location: Nal Stop, Pune, Maharashtra

We are looking for an experienced Blue Collar Manager to manage workforce recruitment, deployment, attendance, contractors, employee relations, and statutory compliance. Hands-on NAPS/NATS experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and exit.
- Coordinate with manpower agencies, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor attendance, attrition, shifts, and workforce productivity.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee grievance resolution.
- Ensure labour law compliance and NAPS/NATS documentation.
- Maintain workforce records, MIS, and manpower reports.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant blue-collar workforce management experience.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with NAPS/NATS.
- Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Robust communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
