About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Blinkit & Zepto Account Manager to manage end-to-end Quick Commerce operations across Vendor and Marketplace business models. The role involves driving sales growth, managing product listings, advertising campaigns, inventory planning, catalog operations, purchase order coordination, and leading a team of Category Managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Blinkit and Zepto Seller/Vendor accounts and ensure smooth day-to day operations.
- Handle both Vendor and Marketplace business models across Blinkit and Zepto. • Optimize product listings using marketplace SEO best practices, including titles, attributes, keywords, and content.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns to improve ACOS, ROAS, sales, and profitability.
- Monitor daily sales performance, category growth, conversion rate, and implement growth strategies.
- Manage catalog creation, listing updates, product approvals, content corrections, and catalog issue resolution.
- Monitor dark store/FC-wise inventory, stock availability, replenishment planning, and inventory health.
- Analyze stock reports, sales reports, inventory movement, and demand trends for better planning.
- Coordinate with Vendor Managers and Buying teams to secure timely Purchase Orders (POs) and replenishment for category and location-wise inventory.
- Monitor fill rate, service level, order fulfillment, and minimize lost sales due to stock shortages.
- Coordinate with creative and design teams for banners, product images, enhanced content, and listing improvements.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, pricing guidelines, and catalog quality standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales, advertising, inventory,



and business performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2–4 Category Managers by assigning targets, reviewing performance, and conducting regular training.
- Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Blinkit, Zepto, or other Quick Commerce marketplace accounts.
- Minimum 2+ years of team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Seller and Vendor portals.
- Hands-on experience in marketplace advertising, promotions, and campaign optimization.
- Robust understanding of marketplace SEO, catalog management, and content optimization.
- Ability to analyze inventory reports, sales reports, stock movement, and replenishment planning.
- Experience in managing Purchase Orders (POs), vendor coordination, and location-wise inventory planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Experience in Kitchen & Home Appliances category will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
