About the Role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler with 1-2 years of experience in architectural projects to join our design team. You will develop and maintain accurate, coordinated BIM models and produce construction documentation for projects across design stages, working closely with architects, BIM coordinators, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and update architectural BIM models in Autodesk Revit, from concept through construction documentation stages.
- Create and manage Revit families (parametric, loadable, and in-place) according to project and company standards.
- Prepare drawing sets from the model: plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and sheets.
- Extract quantities, area schedules, door/window/finish schedules, and room data from the model.
- Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP), naming conventions, LOD/LOI requirements, and company modeling standards.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP models using Navisworks or similar tools, and help resolve clashes.
- Manage linked models (CAD, structural, MEP) and worksets in a shared, cloud-based environment (BIM 360 / ACC).
- Convert 2D CAD drawings and sketches into accurate 3D models.
- Support visualization by preparing model views and exports for rendering.
- Perform regular model quality checks, such as warnings clean-up, view and sheet checks,



and file size management.
- Incorporate review comments from architects and consultants promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Technician on architectural projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture), including families, schedules, worksharing, and sheet setup.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and building codes.
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks for model review and clash detection.
- Familiarity with IFC and common BIM exchange formats.
- Clear communication and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have)

- Experience with Dynamo or other Revit automation or scripting tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
- Revit certification (Autodesk Certified Professional) is a must.
