We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented skilled for the position of Executive / Senior Executive Billing & Submissions. The candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely billing, preparation of supporting documents, invoice submissions, coordination with internal teams and clients, reconciliation, and MIS reporting for Corporate and Marine clients across the UAE and Saudi offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day billing and invoicing activities.
- Prepare and submit invoices with the required supporting documents to Corporate and Marine clients.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific billing and submission requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Accounts, and client finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and queries.
- Follow up on invoice acceptance and support timely payment processing.
- Perform account and invoice reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to billing and submissions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage multiple billing activities while meeting strict deadlines.
