We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our team at Pharmacopius Drugs Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process sales invoices accurately.
- Handle billing entries and maintain proper billing records.
- Verify product details, quantities, rates, and invoice amounts.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain daily billing reports and related documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of billing activities.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Good numerical and data-entry skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility:
- Any graduate from a recognised university.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior billing experience will be preferred.
