About the Role

Sapna Electricals is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing operations, purchase entries, GST-related work, and routine accounting documentation. The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of Tally, GST, MS Excel, and email communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate sales invoices accurately and on time.
- Enter purchase invoices and maintain purchase records in Tally.
- Handle sales and purchase entries and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with GST calculations, GST returns, and filing-related activities.
- Reconcile sales, purchase, and GST records to ensure accuracy.
- Manage email correspondence with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other billing documents as required.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.




- Coordinate with the accounts team for day-to-day accounting activities.
- Perform basic MS Excel, data entry, and other office administration tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Practical working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Understanding of GST, invoicing, and purchase entries.
- Basic knowledge of GST return filing and related documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
