- Payment Processing: Record incoming payments received via cash, checks, credit cards, bank transfers, or online payment gateways. [1, 2]

- Accounts Receivable & Follow-ups: Track outstanding balances, monitor overdue accounts, and proactively contact customers or clients to collect pending payments. [1, 2, 3]
