1. Job Summary

The Billing Executive is responsible for handling customer billing, processing payments, maintaining accurate transaction records, and providing efficient customer service. The role requires accuracy, honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to manage billing operations smoothly.
1. Key Responsibilities

A. Billing & Cash Management

- Generate accurate bills for all customer purchases using the billing software.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
- Verify product prices, discounts, quantities, and offers before generating bills.
- Ensure proper cash handling and maintain billing accuracy.
- Reconcile daily cash and billing transactions at the end of each shift.
- Report any billing discrepancies or cash shortages immediately to the reporting manager.

B. Customer Service

- Greet customers professionally and assist them during the billing process.
- Respond politely to customer queries regarding bills, payments, and discounts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing-related issues.
- Ensure a smooth, quick,



and customer-friendly checkout experience.

C. Stock & Product Coordination

- Verify product details, barcodes, quantities, and prices during billing.
- Inform the Store Manager about pricing errors, barcode issues, or stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales and stock teams whenever required.
- Follow company procedures for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

D. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate daily billing and payment records.
