Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Billing and Measurement qualified. The role involves preparing accurate measurements for interior projects, coordinating with project managers and site teams to verify quantities, and maintaining detailed records of work completed.

The individual will handle billing processes, generate client invoices, track payment status, and support basic accounting entries related to ongoing projects. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify billing details, resolving discrepancies,



and ensuring timely submission of bills and documentation. The role also requires maintaining organized reports, assisting in cost estimations, and supporting the finance and operations teams in project-related billing activities.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Billing Process and Client Billing, with the ability to manage end-to-end billing cycles for multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Invoicing and Accounting practices, including preparation of invoices, reconciliation of records, and basic financial documentation.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with clients, project teams, vendors, and internal departments clearly and professionally.
- Experience or knowledge in measurement and quantity estimation for interior or construction projects, including site verification and documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or similar tools for data entry, reporting, and tracking billing and measurement information.
- Ability to work on-site, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Diploma or degree in commerce, accounting, civil/quantity surveying, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in interiors, construction, or project-based billing is an advantage.
