Responsibilities A holistic process for the Fabric environment is required, covering data security, data administration, access rights, environment hygiene, security jobs, and monitoring of the overall Fabric environment.

- Refine and implement data policies; define and enforce the governance process.
- Manage access control / access rights; keep the Fabric setting clean and compliant.
- Capacity monitoring and job monitoring for Fabric.
- Create and run jobs for data security, capacity usage, etc
- Produce ops dashboards and alerting.
- Refine and enforce data governance policies and maintain workspace/environment hygiene across all Fabric components.
- Manage access control (RBAC, RLS,



OLS, sensitivity labels) and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Monitor Fabric capacity, job execution, and environment health; set up proactive alerting.
- Automate governance, security, and maintenance tasks using APIs, scripts, and notebooks.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and compliance reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Min 5 years of exp in Data governance for any hyperscaler.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data governance (including OneLake, Purview, and Power BI).
- Experience in data governance implementation at enterprises level and operational reporting
- Proficiency in Fabric administration, access management, and security controls.
