About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Sourcing Specialist with strong expertise in functional hiring within the BFSI domain . The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing talent for Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Legal, and Operations roles in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive daily sourcing activities using LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, social media, and skilled networks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and talent needs.
- Engage candidates, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Discuss compensation expectations and support offer closures.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on talent availability and industry trends.
- Track sourcing metrics, including time to fill, quality of hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness.




- Support diversity hiring initiatives and follow recruitment processes and policies.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and improve sourcing efficiency.

Required Skills: ✅ 5+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience in BFSI / Financial Services

✅ Functional hiring experience in Finance, Audit, Risk, Legal, or Operations

✅ Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn and Naukri

✅ Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques

✅ Experience with ATS and recruitment software

✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

✅ Strong market research, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with labor market intelligence and competitive research.
- LinkedIn Recruiter certification or other relevant recruitment certifications.
