ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for motivated, persuasive and target-oriented individuals to join our Business Development team.
You will be responsible for counselling Indian nurses about career opportunities in Germany, promoting German language training programs, and building robust relationships with potential candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Connect with and counsel nurses regarding job opportunities in Germany
Explain career growth, lifestyle and financial benefits of working in Germany
Promote German language training programs
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails and meetings
Maintain prospect and lead records in CRM
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Build robust relationships with candidates and manage the complete lead journey
Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Graduate in any discipline
0–3 years of experience in Sales / Counselling / Business Development
Excellent English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
Target-oriented with a passion for sales & counselling
Strong relationship-building and client-management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
