Perform battery swapping for electric two-wheelers as per company SOP. Remove discharged batteries and replace them with fully charged batteries safely. Check battery condition and ensure proper placement/connection.
Manage battery charging and maintain charging records. Maintain daily records of battery swaps, charging status and inventory. Assist EV riders/customers with battery-swapping-related queries. Ensure the swapping station is clean, organized and secure.
Report damaged, faulty or abnormal batteries to the supervisor immediately. Follow all company safety guidelines and use PPE wherever required. Support basic station operations and other assigned duties.
