HIRING – BAR MANAGER

Location: The Grand Mehfil, Rajpura

Experience- 5+ Years

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily bar operations and supervise bar staff.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain liquor inventory, stock records, and daily consumption reports.
- Maintain all statutory registers and records as per applicable excise regulations.
- Monitor daily liquor consumption, sales, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable liquor licensing and legal requirements.
- Manage bar billing, cost control, and beverage quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements:

- Experience in bar operations and hospitality management.
- Knowledge of liquor inventory, daily consumption, and statutory registers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
