Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform daily backend banking operations and data processing activities.
- Verify customer details, documents, and banking-related information.
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Update and maintain records in internal banking systems.
- Identify discrepancies and report errors to the concerned team.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; graduation is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
