Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in bancassurance.
- Collaborate with bank staff to promote life insurance products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
