Job Summary The Executive - Silver Assortment will support the team in managing and distributing silver jewellery across showrooms. The role involves checking sales and stock details, understanding showroom requirements, coordinating stock movement and maintaining proper records to ensure the availability of silver jewellery at different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Allocation:
- Support the allocation of silver jewellery to showrooms based on sales, stock availability and showroom requirements.
- Check showroom-wise sales and stock details and assist in identifying product requirements.
- Ensure the required range of silver jewellery is available across showrooms.
- Assist in stock transfers and reallocation between showrooms whenever required.
- Support the distribution of new silver jewellery designs to showrooms.
Sales Analysis:
- Check daily and monthly sales data of silver jewellery.
- Understand the movement of different silver jewellery designs and categories.
- Check showroom-wise product preferences and requirements.
- Inform the reporting manager about stock shortages or excess stock.
- Assist in taking decisions related to stock movement based on sales and stock position.
Showroom Coordination
- Coordinate with showroom teams regarding silver jewellery requirements.
- Follow up on stock transfers and allocations with the concerned teams.
- Assist the reporting manager in day-to-day assortment activities.
- Support the team in maintaining records and completing regular departmental work.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 6 months of skilled experience in jewellery industry.
- Basic Proficiency in MS Excel and Reporting Tools is mandatory.
- Fluency in Telugu is preferred.
