Role Summary Manage customer enquiries, bookings, pickup and delivery coordination, billing, and payment tracking. Assist with tagging and packing cleaned garments to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in customers professionally. Explain services, prices, and expected delivery timelines. Record bookings accurately, including customer details, garment quantities, service requirements, and special instructions.

Assign pickup and delivery tasks to delivery partners and track completion. Update customers about order status, delays, and delivery schedules. Prepare and check bills, record payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

Keep cash, UPI, and bank payment records accurate and report discrepancies to the manager. Tag garments correctly and match them with the customer’s order. Assist in checking, folding, and packing freshly cleaned garments.





Verify garment counts, tags, bills, and packaging before dispatch. Coordinate with the processing team and report missing items, quality concerns, or customer complaints. Maintain a tidy front desk and prepare a daily summary of bookings, deliveries, collections, and pending payments.

Required Skills Positive communication and customer service skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use billing software. Accuracy in handling payments and maintaining records. Ability to coordinate delivery partners and manage multiple tasks. Careful handling of garments and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience Previous experience in a laundry, retail, hospitality, customer service, or front desk role is preferred.
