Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), loan processing, and credit operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling loan documentation, verifying customer details, coordinating with the sales and credit teams, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications as per company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle back-office operations related to Loan Against Property (LAP) and other loan products.
- Verify loan applications and ensure the completeness and accuracy of customer documents.
- Coordinate with the sales, credit, and operations teams for loan processing and approval.
- Check KYC documents, income proof, bank statements, and property-related documents.
- Assist the credit team in preliminary credit checks and document verification.
- Maintain loan application records and update the loan management system (LMS).
- Track loan applications from login to approval and disbursement.
- Follow up on pending documents and resolve discrepancies in loan files.




- Ensure compliance with internal policies, documentation standards, and process guidelines.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain accurate records of loan applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in loan processing, credit operations, or back-office operations.
- Basic knowledge of LAP, loan documentation, and credit assessment processes.
- Understanding of KYC verification, bank statement analysis, and income documents.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within deadlines.
- Prior experience in an NBFC, bank, or financial services company will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with prior experience in LAP processing, credit file preparation, loan documentation, or NBFC operations will be preferred.
