Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support investment operations, client onboarding, documentation, transaction processing, data management, and daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation.
- Process mutual fund transactions, including:
- SIP registrations
- Lump-sum investments
- Redemptions
- Additional purchases
- Maintain accurate client records, investment documents, and transaction data.
- Coordinate with AMCs, registrars, financial product providers, and internal teams.
- Follow up on pending applications, KYC issues, and transaction-related queries.
- Update CRM systems, MIS reports, spreadsheets, and operational records.
- Assist Relationship Managers with client service requests.
- Ensure timely processing, accurate documentation,



data confidentiality, and compliance with applicable procedures.

Eligibility and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; commerce or finance graduates are preferred.
- Freshers may apply.
- Experience in financial services will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and computer operations.
- Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
- Honest, disciplined, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Interest in mutual funds, investments, and financial services is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Must be based in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Should be reliable, organized, and attentive to confidential financial information.
