About the Role

Enigma Automobiles is looking for a responsible and well-organized Back Office Executive to manage dealer communication, sales updates, after-sales service follow-ups, data management, and daily reporting.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with dealers over calls, maintaining accurate records, tracking pending queries, and supporting the Sales and Service teams in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Dealer telecalling for sales updates, order status, and after-sales service follow-ups.
- Coordinate with dealers regarding customer feedback, service complaints, and pending queries.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers in Hindi and English.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain dealer-wise sales, service, and calling records.
- Update and manage dealer data using MS Excel and CRM software.
- Track follow-ups, pending tasks, and issue resolutions.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for timely resolution of dealer queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager and support general back-office activities.

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.




- Familiarity with CRM software and data management.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Confidence in telecalling and dealer follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and accurate data-entry skills.
- Good coordination, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional telephone etiquette and a polite approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential business information.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum graduation in any stream preferred.
- Candidates with knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, reporting, or customer coordination will be preferred.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, back-office operations, customer support, sales coordination, or CRM management will have an advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a confident, organized, and detail-oriented candidate who can communicate professionally with dealers, maintain accurate records, manage follow-ups, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

The candidate should be comfortable working with data, preparing reports, and handling daily back-office responsibilities independently.

Salary:Up To 15,000 INR Per Month
