KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provision and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) across all environments.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting web, mobile, APIs, Azure Functions, integrations, and platform services.
- Implement automated build, deployment, testing, security scanning, artifact management, and release processes.
- Configure Azure Monitor, Application Insights, logging, dashboards, alerting, and operational monitoring.
- Implement secure DevSecOps practices including SAST, SCA, secrets management, policy enforcement, and secure deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with Cloud Architecture, Development, QA, Identity, Security, and Infrastructure teams to support production deployments, hypercare, and operational readiness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise solutions in Agile, cross-functional, and distributed-team environments.




- Hands-on experience using enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering tools with appropriate human review, secure data handling, traceability, and validation of AI-generated outputs throughout the SDLC.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform scripting
- Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Monitor, Application Insights
- SAST, SCA, container scanning, secrets management, CI/CD security, operational monitoring
- Release automation, workplace management, Infrastructure as Code, production support

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Financial services or regulated cloud delivery experience
- Experience with Thales Akeyless, CipherTrust, enterprise secrets management, or mobile application release automation
- Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
