We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying Generative AI solutions on the Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Python, LLMs, RAG architectures, and Vector Databases, with experience delivering enterprise-scale AI applications.
Key Skills & Experience
- 4-7 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Generative AI development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI application development.
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and implementation.
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of model orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
- Experience building, deploying, and monitoring AI solutions in cloud environments.
- Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices is preferred.

- Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Consulting and stakeholder management experience is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile project environments is plus.
