Designation: AVP/DVP - Credit - Infrastructure finance

Location: Hyderabad/Delhi

Expereince: 5-10 years

Education: CA/MBA

Role & Responsibilities:

-Evaluate credit proposals of infrastructure companies engaged in roads, highways, EPC, and civil construction projects.

-Assess road and highway projects under HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model), BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer), and EPC contracts, including concession agreements, toll revenue, annuity receivables, and project milestones, wherever applicable.

-Prepare detailed Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) with risk assessment, financial projections, key risks, mitigants, and appropriate credit recommendations.

-Work closely with business, legal, technical, and project teams to evaluate proposals, clarify risks, and finalize suitable credit structures.
