The Role

We are looking for an energetic and visually-driven AV Producer to join our fast-paced digital team. You dont necessarily need years of qualified background or formal degrees for this rolewhat we are looking for is an undeniable passion for shooting, photography, and visual media.

In this role, you will be the core execution engine on set. Working closely with a Lead Producer, you will take their creative vision and shot list for a product and bring it to life alongside a camera person. If you love playing with cameras, framing the perfect shot, and have the stamina to shoot multiple products in a single day, this is the perfect place to turn your passion into a career.

Key Responsibilities

SHOT 01 Creative Execution

Take clear briefs and shot lists from the Producer for each product and ensure those exact shots are executed flawlessly on set.





SHOT 02 High-Volume Shooting

Manage and execute the shooting of multiple products throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.

SHOT 03 Versatile Environments

Comfortably adapt to shooting in different settings, seamlessly transitioning between controlled indoor studio setups and dynamic outdoor locations.

SHOT 04 Camera & Technical Coordination

Work hand-in-hand with the camera person. Utilize your personal understanding of cameras, lenses, framing, and lighting to ensure the product looks its absolute best.

SHOT 05 Quality Control

Ensure that the raw visual output aligns with Naaptols standard of making sellable content before the footage goes into post-production.

Who You Are A formal background is not strictly required, but you must have an intense passion for photography, shooting, and video creation.

You have a good foundational understanding of how cameras work, basic framing, and lighting.

You are highly energetic, quick on your feet, and ready to hustle through multiple shoots in a day.

A team player who can take direction well from Lead Producers and collaborate smoothly with camera operators
