JOB SUMMARY

(Brief about the existence of the position)

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to work on automation systems for wire drawing and cable-making machines. The role involves PLC programming, machine control, drives, motion systems, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The role involves working with PLC, HMI/SCADA, VFDs, servo drives, and motion-control systems to ensure smooth and reliable machine operation. The engineer will also support machine testing, commissioning, fault diagnosis, and technical troubleshooting.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary duties)

1. Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC programs for wire and cable machinery.
2. Work with Siemens PLC, TIA portal, HMI/SCADA and PROFINET.
3. Work with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs where required.
4. Configure and troubleshoot servo motors, drives, VFDs and motion-control systems.
5. Integrate and troubleshoot sensors,



actuators and machine-control systems.
6. Perform machine testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
7. Identify and resolve electrical and automation issues during machine commissioning.
8. Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams for machine integration.
9. Provide technical support for installation and commissioning at customer sites when required.

QUALIFICATION:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech - EEE

EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY: (Total years of experience) 1-5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, PLC Programming, Machine automation or commissioning.

LOCATION OF WORK: Pashamylaram, Patancheru, Sangareddy District, TG.

SALARY: 3 to 5 LPA, Based on experience and suitability.
