Role & responsibilities

1. AutoCAD Drafting: Prepare detailed 2D architectural, civil, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
2. Working Drawings: Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction detailing as per project requirements.
3. Drawing Modifications: Update and revise drawings based on instructions from architects, engineers, and project teams.
4. GFC & As-Built Drawings: Prepare Good for Construction (GFC), shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
5. Design Coordination: Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and site execution teams for drawing requirements.
6. Drawing Accuracy: Ensure proper dimensions, scales, specifications, and technical detailing in all drawings.
7. Site Support: Assist project teams in resolving drawing-related queries and incorporating site modifications.
8. Documentation:



Maintain drawing records, revision histories, and organized AutoCAD files.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting and detailing.
- Positive understanding of architectural and civil construction drawings.
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Knowledge of floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently.
- Familiarity with building materials and construction practices.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, SketchUp, or Revit will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination skills and attention to detail.
