Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Autocad Draftsperson / Draughtsperson role based in Raipur. The role involves preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings and layouts for steel plant equipment and related civil and structural works using AutoCAD and other drafting tools. The draftsperson will convert design concepts and engineering inputs into accurate construction and fabrication drawings, ensuring adherence to standards and project specifications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include updating drawings based on review comments, coordinating with engineers and project teams, maintaining drawing documentation, and supporting design changes throughout the project lifecycle.



The role also requires clear communication with cross-functional teams to resolve drawing issues and ensure timely delivery of project documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for industrial or plant-based projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Drawing skills with attention to detail and proficiency in technical drafting standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and layout design for efficient equipment and workflow arrangements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and preferably 3D) and familiarity with other CAD tools as needed.
- Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Drafting, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in steel plants, heavy industry, or industrial projects is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple drawings, and meet project deadlines.
