Capthical Hub Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Australian Bookkeeping Preparer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations for our Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for Australian clients.
- Manage bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and review Business Activity Statements (BAS).
- Assist in payroll processing and superannuation compliance.
- Maintain financial records accurately in Xero and other accounting software.
- Prepare month-end and year-end working papers.
- Support tax return and financial statement preparation.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients for accounting-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and deadlines.
Requirements: Qualification: CA / CMA / CS (Qualified or Dropout), MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com
Experience:Minimum 1-3 years in Australian Accounting/Bookkeeping preferred
Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
