Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects from initiation to completion.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively recommend mitigation plans.

- Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, steering committee materials, and decision-support analyses.

- Facilitate discussions with executive stakeholders to resolve issues, align priorities, and drive organizational decisions.

- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.

- Analyze project data and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making.





- Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and governance.

- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of strategic initiatives.

- Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreams to ensure achievement of program objectives.

- Assess financial, operational, and organizational impacts of proposed initiatives.

- Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support executive decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Data Analytics, or a similar role.

- Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially: Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, dashboards)

- Working knowledge of Data Analytics and reporting tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

- PMP (Project Management Qualified) Certification or equivalent project management certification.
