Must have knowledge of routine maintenance of clean room with utilities including DG Set, Air compressor ,AHU, Chillers and some knowledge related to electronics like HMI, PLC, Servo drive Servo motor, LT panel/HT panel etc and also knowledge of ISO Documentation

Duties & Responsibility
(Key Result Area)
1. Candidate will be responsible for preparing maintenance and system documentation as per internal QSP ,SOP and W.I.
2. Managing the Plant’s maintenance, projects and departments, budget and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
3. Implementing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as per the preventive maintenance calendar.
4.
Attending break down maintenance of Plant Equipment’s in a time bound schedule and to coordinate with concerned department HOD and Purchase HOD if any purchase of item is needed or any service from outside agency is required.
5. Managing overall operation with the view to ensure timely accomplishment of production target.
6. Handling all government Liaisoning related to overall plant operations.
7. Overseeing inventory management systems of maintenance.
8. Responsible for preparing MIS reports on break down / preventive maintenance etc.
9. Responsible for analyzing the reason of break down.
10. Preparing & Maintaining maintenance reports.
11. Prepare all records related to ISO 13485:2016/ISO 9001
12. Maintain 5”S and hygiene.
13. Ensure health and safety norms
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
