Roles and responsibilities
- Reconciliation & Manual calculation of DBK, applying of DBK / ROSL Supl and Arranging DBK Query Reply Documents.
- Manual Calculation & Preparing Manual Supplementary Documents.
- Supplementary Folowup with Concern Customs / CHA.
- Updating MIS Report & IEC Summary.
- Preparing Port Wise Concordance Table and follow up with customs.
- Follow up with CHA, Forwarders and Customs for Clearing all EGM & Stuffing Pending, Closing Gateway EGM.
- Downloading Month, Port & State Wise Validation Report
- Generating & Compiling port wise pending shipping bill details from ICEGATE & Logistic Module.
- Reconcilatioin of IGST Received v/s Eligible
- Preparing BOT for Automation
- Followup with Rebate team for getting documents for clearing IGST Error 9 GSTR-1 & 3B
- DBK mismatch in SB O/s System Advised by AR Team ( Clarification for AR Query)
