Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily showroom operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Support the Category Business Manager in achieving sales targets.
- Handle billing operations and ensure billing accuracy.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Support inventory management and stock verification.
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure proper product displays.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure productive store operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Degree is mandatory.
- Experience: Retail experience and billing knowledge are preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Skills: Good communication, customer service, and basic computer skills.
- Additional Requirements: Willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team.
