Role & responsibilities

- Operate machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality standards.

- Perform routine machine checks and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.

- Maintain production records and shift reports.

- Follow production schedules to achieve daily output targets.

- Ensure proper handling of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.

- Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.

- Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.

- Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.
