- Complete a training program covering engineering fundamentals, Taazaas tech stack and AI-first development practices.
- Break down problems, propose solutions and explain the trade-offs behind your approach.
- Use AI tools such as coding assistants to research, write, test and debug code faster, while verifying and owning the output.
- Work on real projects alongside experienced engineers and mentors.
- Write clean, maintainable code and keep learning recent tools and technologies.
Requirements
Must have
- A solutioning mindset: sharp analytical, logical and reasoning skills, and the ability to turn an open problem into a workable solution.
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one language: JavaScript, Java, C++,
Python or C#.
- A good grasp of data structures and algorithms.
- A good understanding of OS concepts: process scheduling, threads and concurrency, context switching, memory management and file systems.
- Working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu or Red Hat) with the shell, or Windows with PowerShell.
- Curiosity about AI and the drive to use it to learn faster and work more productively.
