Responsibilities
- Execute Experiments: Perform hands-on laboratory assays, synthesize compounds, or run biological/chemical procedures (e.g., LC/GC chromatography, Mass Spectrometry) following the instructions of Scientists And Senior Scientists.
- Data Management Analysis: Accurately record experimental data, maintain detailed laboratory notebooks, and use statistical or analytical software to interpret findings.
- Laboratory Maintenance: Maintain lab equipment,
monitor instrument performance, manage inventory of reagents and supplies, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshooting Optimization: Identify minor process deviations or technical hurdles in experiments and assist in troubleshooting under supervision.
- Collaboration Reporting: Present data summaries in team meetings and contribute sections to technical reports or protocols.
- Saftey Quality: Comply to the organization Saftey Quality procedures, ICH guidance knowledge in needed.
