Hiring: Associate Life Insurance Financial Operations

Location: Pune (Work from Office initially; Hybrid later)

Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Employment Type: Contract / Project-based

Project Duration: 6–8 Months

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

We are hiring Associates for Life Insurance Financial Operations to support back-office transaction processing and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle financial operations related to Life Insurance and Annuities.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions involving Money In and Money Out.
- Perform debit and credit matching and investigate transaction discrepancies.
- Support reconciliation and transaction-processing activities.
- Verify transaction details and maintain accurate operational records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills





- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance, Insurance Operations, Financial Operations, or Banking Operations.
- Basic understanding of Life Insurance and Annuities.
- Knowledge of financial transaction processing, reconciliation, and debit/credit matching.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic MS Excel skills.
- Average communication skills.

Preferred Skill: Knowledge of BlackLine or any financial reconciliation tool is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to work from the Pune office.
- Comfortable working the 7:00 PM–5:00 AM night shift.
- Available to join a 6–8 month project.
