- Experience in selling banking software to banks.
- Ability to connect and build relationships with CIO, CDO, COO, and other senior management of banks.
- Strong understanding of banking technology, operations, and digitization is essential.
- Experience in FinTech or selling cloud-based software will be an added advantage.
- Proven skills in hunting and farming, including account management.
- End-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, including:
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Presentations and product demos
- Proposal preparation
- Commercial discussions and negotiations
- Closure and legal agreements

- Responsible for follow-up on invoices, scope of work documents, purchase orders, and agreements for closure.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Delivery teams for presentations, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations with clients.
