We are looking for an AI-Native Architect with a strong software engineering foundation to lead solutioning, architecture, and client engagement across Agentic AI, Generative AI, cloud, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of deep technical expertise and client-facing consulting. The successful candidate will translate business challenges into credible, scalable, and commercially viable solutions while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

The role requires someone who can confidently engage with both technical and business audiences, lead solution discussions from discovery through proposal and early delivery, and bring an AI-native perspective to modern application and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

- Partner with sales, practice, engineering, and delivery teams to shape solutions for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and client opportunities, with a focus on Agentic AI, GenAI, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise modernization.
- Lead technical discovery and solutioning workshops with prospective and existing clients to understand business objectives, technology landscape, constraints, and success criteria.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures covering agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, LLM integrations, application architecture, data, cloud infrastructure, security, and integration patterns.
- Develop solutions that balance technical feasibility, scalability, delivery considerations, and commercial viability.
- Own the technical narrative during client engagements, including architecture presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept, technical proposals, and solution walkthroughs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with engineering and delivery teams to estimate solution effort, cost, resource requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Lead discussions with clients around scope, technical trade-offs, solution options,



pricing considerations, and delivery assumptions.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, acting as a credible technology advisor throughout the sales cycle and into early delivery.
- Collaborate closely with practice and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with organizational capabilities and can be successfully delivered.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional AI, cloud, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Stay current on developments across Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI engineering frameworks, cloud platforms, modern application architecture, and enterprise modernization patterns.
- Bring relevant market perspectives, architectural approaches, and emerging technology recommendations into client conversations.
- Champion adoption of modern engineering practices, AI-enabled development tools, frameworks, and ways of working across internal teams and client engagements.

Requirements

- 9–12 years of overall experience in software engineering, technology consulting, solution architecture, or related roles.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, solutioning, consulting, or client-facing architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on software engineering background, preferably across .NET, Python, full-stack development, cloud, platform engineering, or modern application development.
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI and Generative AI concepts, including areas such as:
- LLM integration patterns
- RAG
- Agentic workflows




- Multi-agent orchestration
- MCP
- AI application architecture
- Model/API integration and evaluation

- Solid understanding of cloud architecture across at least one major platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Good understanding of modern application, integration, API, data, security, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Proven ability to design and articulate end-to-end solution architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including experience conducting technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate solution scope, technical trade-offs, commercials, pricing discussions, and delivery considerations.
- Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships across multiple engagements, stakeholders, or geographies.
- Experience collaborating across sales, engineering, delivery, product, and practice teams.
- Exposure to RFP/RFI responses, competitive bids, solution proposals, and pre-sales processes is preferred.
- Experience developing or leading proofs of concept for AI-driven or cloud-based solutions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks and modelling approaches such as TOGAF, C4, or ArchiMate is desirable.
- Prior experience working within a technology consulting, IT services, or digital engineering organization is preferred.
- International client exposure, particularly within financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries, would be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering and coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience driving technology adoption by introducing new tools, frameworks, engineering practices, or ways of working and supporting teams through the transition.
