About the role

- As an Associate AI FDE, you work alongside our clients to turn real business problems into working AI solutions.
- Just starting your career? We would love to hear from you. We care about what you have built.
- Candidates with up to three years of experience are equally welcome.

What you'll do

- Build and ship end-to-end solutions/applications/platforms using Agentic AI platforms
- Work directly with clients to understand their problem, then design, deploy and refine the solution.
- Own your work from first commit to production.

Must-have skills

- Strong Python, plus at least one other language
- Full-stack: you have built both the front end and the back end of something
- Positive at writing complex SQL with strong database fundamentals
- Can build and integrate REST APIs
- A working AI application you can walk us through: a retrieval system, an agent or an LLM integration
- A GitHub with end-to-end projects you have shipped





Good to have TypeScript • AWS or GCP • Docker and Kubernetes • Vector databases (Pinecone or Weaviate or pgvector) • LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or LlamaIndex • LLM evaluation and observability • MLOps basics (deployment, versioning, monitoring) • Customer-facing experience

Compensation and terms

- Paid 6-month internship at 20,000 per month
- 7,00,000 per annum CTC on conversion to full-time
- Service Agreement: 3 years and 9 months, commencing from the date of conversion to full-time employment.
