Position: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily branch operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the counselling and student support team.
- Manage student enquiries, follow-ups, and admission conversion.
- Support students throughout the Germany university admission process.
- Monitor team performance, targets, and lead management.
- Build relationships with students, parents, universities, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve branch performance.
- Prepare regular reports and ensure excellent student service.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.




- Experience in education consultancy, study abroad counselling, sales, or branch operations is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Good organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for student success.
- Knowledge of the German education system is an added advantage.
