Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position supports overall store operations, including supervising daily activities, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that store standards and safety protocols are consistently maintained. The role involves guiding and coaching store team members, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and promoting a positive, service-oriented environment.

Manager collaborates with management to implement sales initiatives, control shrinkage, and support retail loss prevention measures. This role also includes preparing basic reports, assisting with visual merchandising, and helping to achieve store performance targets in line with company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive in-store experience and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management in a clear and skilled manner.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills to support daily operations, inventory handling, team coordination, and compliance with store procedures.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to help minimize shrinkage, ensure adherence to security protocols, and protect company assets.
- Relevant experience in retail or store operations, preferably in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage shifting priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
- Educational background in business, commerce, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
