Responsibilities & Duties: Responsible for the smooth functioning of the store Assist walk in customers with their purchases & upsell products Ensure good display & regular replenishment of goods Managing counter sales team, inspiring and training them to perform better Conduct marketing and sales promotional activites for business development Inventory management and stock control Manage E Commerce orders from Swiggy, Zomato, etc Handling Cash and Accounts including Daily Sales Report Reporting to Store Incharge Ability to do Opening & Closing of the store (Store Timings 7:30 am to 10:30 pm) Benefits Weekly Off 10 hours duty, 9 hours work 1 hour break Overtime provided after 10 hours of shift duty Incentives Annual Bonus (equal to 1 month’s salary) upon completing 12 months of continuous employment
