- Assign incoming leads to sales executives and ensure timely customer follow-up.

- Monitor call response time and ensure every enquiry is contacted promptly.

- Categorize leads as hot, warm, or cold based on customer purchase interest.

- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle models, prices, finance options, exchange offers, and test rides.

- Monitor lead conversion from enquiry to showroom visit, test ride, booking, and delivery.

- Ensure all leads and follow-up activities are updated in the CRM system.

- Review pending leads and ensure no potential customer is missed.

- Coordinate with the digital marketing team regarding online campaigns and promotional offers.

- Prepare daily reports on lead generation, follow-ups, bookings, and conversion performance.

1. Field Marketing and Sales Responsibilities

- Plan daily field marketing activities to generate sales enquiries and increase showroom visibility.

- Visit local markets, residential areas, offices, colleges, commercial establishments,



and other potential customer locations.

- Conduct roadshows, vehicle display events, promotional campaigns, and product demonstrations.

- Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads for TVS two-wheelers.

- Build relationships with local businesses, corporate companies, institutions, and community groups.

- Monitor field sales executives' daily visits, customer interactions, and lead-generation performance.

- Conduct competitor surveys to understand market demand, competitor offers, and customer preferences.

- Ensure field-generated leads are recorded in the CRM and assigned for follow-up.

- Coordinate test rides, customer appointments, finance assistance, and bookings generated through field activities.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of field campaigns based on enquiries, showroom visits, bookings, and sales.
